Oil Painting Studio of Liping Zhang was Found

On 26th Jan.2015, the oil painting studio of Liping Zhang was opened in Chifeng city. The studio presented about 40 abstract oil paintings of various landscapes. The vice director of the Standing Committee of the NPC, Guotao Ning and deputy mayor of the city, Shuqinyao presented on the ceremony and appreciate the small showcase.

Liping Zhang is an excellent contemporary painter of young and middle-aged. He is working as the professor and master’s supervisor of Xiamen University, the vice dean of Art Department in Xiamen University. He is the member of Oil Painting Committee under Chinese Artists Association, the council member of Chinese Oil Painting Society, the vice president of Fujian Artists Association, the director of art commit of FuJian Artists Association and the president of Xiamen Oil Painting Society. Taiwan Changliu Art Gallery, Xiamen Datang Art Space and the other event have been exhibited his solo oil paintings. Besides, his works were showcased on National Fine Arts Exhibition in successively 6 years and the other high quality exhibitions. He gained several national awards and commends from the Former Dean of The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and international reputed art critic, Alres·Mary·Buckfar as that “featured with bright color, rich sentiment and changes of rhythm and space sense.”

As informed, the journalist acknowledged that, Chifeng is the hometown of Mr. Zhang and after the solo exhibition of oil painting him, the studio is founded for the convenience of wide public, so that they can take a close look at the high standard art of oil painting. The showcase in the studio will be updated in regular basis. Amateurs and students of oil paintings are welcome to visit the studio and do imitation. In his spare time, Mr. Zhang also provides instructions to the resident who is doing imitation in his studio.
